Initial Declaration
This is the first declaration to be submitted by the LPO and shall be made only once when the LPO is assuming a listed position.
Annual Declaration
This is a subsequent submission made annually by every registered LPO as an update of the initial declaration.
Compliance
The system shall establish LPOs who have submitted and/or those have not within the stipulated time.
